Manjit Bains is a well qualified trainer in value management and risk management with a wealth of experience across Industries. She started off in the Water Industry where she was introduced to VM (14 years ago) and has been applying value management ever since.
She likes to combine VM/Risk within asset management and ensure her approach is people focused. Her blended approach has won her 2 national awards (Utility Industry Achievement Award and Water Industry Award) in training.
